The purpose of this assessment is to gather information about the patient's mental health history and current symptoms, as well as to determine a diagnosis and treatment plan moving forward.
The purpose of this follow-up visit is to discuss with the patient to see how they are doing and to make any necessary adjustments to the treatment plan. The doctor will also assess progress and any changes in the patient's symptoms, as well as any challenges they may be facing in their treatment.
